Why am I writing this? Because I am fed up with Bromley Council's attitude to parents of children with special educational needs. I have had enough of reading about and hearing from, and witnessing time and again Bromley mis-apply and deliberately avoid their responsibilities under the SEN Code of Practice. Parent's only recourse is via SENDIST - which is the Special Educational Needs Tribunal
